can I make to my home?
Can I install gutters?
Yes - The Architectural Committee will approve
aluminum 6 inch seamless gutters at the homeowners expense.
- The homeowner is required to complete the Architectural
Modification Form.
- The Architectural Committee and HOA Board has selected Absolute
Gutter as the preferred vendor. Absolute has agreed to provide a
discount as well as a 3 yr warranty for its product.
- You must have prior approval before starting this project. Absolute
Gutters will not start work without a copy of your approval letter.
- Additionally the homeowner must paint his/her gutter downspouts
the existing color of the exterior of the building at homeowners
expense.
Can I Install a Satellite Dish?
Yes – You must get approval from the Architectural Committee and the Board of Directors by completing an Architectural Modification Form describing where the dish is being installed and how and where it will be wired into the home.
No more than one dish per town home and must be placed in the back of the town home, on the fascia, the roof, or staked in the ground. Under no circumstances will there be a dish or wiring placed in the front or sides of homes. Wiring must be in straight line down the back of the home, next to the conduit if possible. Wiring must be painted the color of the building at time of installation.
Can I build a deck?
Yes - Certain homes may be able to build a deck.
The Architectural Committee will review all requests. Any homeowner
wishing to build a deck will be required to complete an Architectural
Modification Form. No deck shall began construction without prior
authorization from the Architectural Committee and HOA Board.
Can I fence in my back yard?
Yes - Certain homes may be able to install a
fence. The Architectural Committee will review all requests. Any
homeowner wishing to construct a fence will be required to complete
an Architectural Modification Form. No fence shall began construction
without prior authorization from the Architectural Committee and
HOA Board.
Can I paint my home?
No - At no time can a homeowner paint their home.
The homeowner is responsible for the general maintenance (touch
up painting) as long as the same paint is used. Our painting company is ICI Paints. If you are in need of any
exterior paint for your home, please contact the HOA board members and we will assist you.
Additionally the homeowner must paint his/her gutter downspouts the existing color of the exterior of the building at homeowners expense. Contact the Presdient for necessary paint. There is a limited amount of exterior paint available to homehowners.
