  HOA DUES

You may be Past Due with your current Homeowners' Association Dues. To See if you are past due, check your statement from Sentry Management, Inc. or call (727) 799-8982 As Soon As Possible. If you maintain an unpaid balance, your voting rights and recreational facility benefits will be revoked until the balance is paid in full. There will also be a $25.00 late fee imposed.

There are a number of outstanding unpaid water bills. This is causing a drain on the association’s budget. Remember, your water bill is your responsibility and must be paid in full every month. If a homeowner’s water bill is not paid, the amount not paid will be added to you association dues. If these dues are not paid, it could result in the foreclosure of your home. Your water is also subject to shut-off if more than 45 days late and is subject to a $35.00 reconnection fee.

  BRIGHT HOUSE CABLE AND HOA DUES

All homes now have standard cable paid as part of their association dues, and you should not be getting billed. If, however, you have added additional services you should be getting a discount for these services. Any questions, contact Bright House at 813-684-6400.
