  Landscape Modification Request

If you are interested in making changes to the front landscaping at your home you will need to complete the Landscape Modification request along with the plant and tree selection form which will also includes a grid to map your property and design. If your choice of plants and tree's are not listed on the approved plant & tree selection your application may not be approved.

  Architectural Review Application

If you are planning to make any exterior modifications to the structure or its accessories you will need to complete the Architectural Review Application. This application should be used for Screen Doors, Lighting, Decks, Fences, Gutters, Windows, Window Treatments, Screen Enclosures, etc. If you use the pre-approved vendors and supplies your requests will process faster, if not your request will take longer and may be denied.
